These terms govern your use of the JarvAI desktop application and this website. By creating an account, subscribing, or using JarvAI, you agree to them.

Who we are

JarvAI is operated by Cason Miles, a sole proprietor based in Louisville, Kentucky, USA. You can reach us at [email protected].

What you are buying

JarvAI is a desktop application for Windows and macOS. A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application for as long as your subscription is active. You are licensing the software, not purchasing ownership of it, and the software remains ours.

Access is tied to your account. When your subscription ends, the application locks and the assistant stops running. Your data stays on your machine either way, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You need your own Claude subscription

JarvAI runs on your own Claude account from Anthropic. That subscription is separate, is billed by Anthropic rather than by us, and is required for the assistant to function. We do not resell AI usage, which is why JarvAI is priced as an application rather than as AI capacity.

Plans, billing, and renewal

Current plans are JarvAI Personal at $15 per month or $144 per year, and JarvAI Pro at $29 per month or $288 per year, in USD. Business builds are quoted individually.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. We will give you notice before any price change affecting your renewal.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every sale. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax, and invoicing, and appears on your statement. We never receive or store your card details.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the application locks.

Refunds

If JarvAI is not for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. No questions asked. This applies to first purchases and to each annual renewal. Write to [email protected] and the refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.

Beyond 14 days we do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. If something is broken on our end, tell us. We would rather fix it or refund you than leave you stuck.

Your accounts and your data

JarvAI acts through services you connect using your own credentials and subscriptions, including your Claude account. You are responsible for your use of those services and for the content in your brain. Keep your account password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use JarvAI to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, or to violate the terms of the services it connects to. Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the application, and do not attempt to circumvent its licensing. We may suspend an account that does these things.

Availability and warranty

We work to keep JarvAI working well, but the software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to JarvAI is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will note it here and update the date above, and where it affects your subscription we will tell you before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
